Being collaborative and proactive sets us apart from many geotechnical consultants operating in regional areas. We tailor our approach to suit each site and development. Extra value is achieved by using local, on-the-ground experts for certain aspects of our delivery.
Since beginning our private consultancy in 2017 in Canberra, we have focused on the development of practical, cost-effective, performance and environment-based solutions to benefit our clients and the regions in which they operate.
Our early examples of this approach included development of tailored, performance-based regional pavement and rail formation solutions. Our emphasis on robust design practices and early stakeholder engagement supported numerous development schemes previously considered marginal from a cost–benefit perspective, particularly in regional environments where materials and specialist resources are constrained.
As client and market needs have evolved, so too has our expertise, offering, capability and footprint. We expanded into Brisbane in 2022 and established our Sydney team in early 2024, strengthening our ability to service a broader range of projects across eastern Australia.
We employ about 25 staff.
